Keeping track of everything that’s happening in the region isn’t easy.

That’s why we want you, the people out there amongst it all, to get involved in our social revolution. So if you know about an event that’s coming up, please feel free to add it to the site using the relevant links.

If you’d like to play a more active role, we’re always on the look out for cheeky writers and hawk-eyed photographers to contribute their sparkling talents.

We want the inside track on the pubs, clubs and restaurants you frequent, as well as longer features and dynamic pictures to represent the comedy, art, music, theatre, cinema and sport scenes in the area.

So if you’re interested in getting involved, please find a venue lacking a description or photograph on the site, and send it to adam@whatsonsouth.com along with a bit of background about yourself. All work will be fully credited, and as the site grows, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to get out and about reviewing gigs, shows and the like.
