The Ship Hotel is located within the old city walls in the heart of Chichester’s busy and charming centre just a few minutes walk from the Chichester Festival Theatre, the 12th century cathedral, museums and parks. The Grade 2 listed building dates from the 18th century and is the former home of Admiral Sir George Murray, who fought alongside Nelson. The hotel retains much of its Georgian and Regency interior with a magnificent Adam staircase and fine full height sash windows on the front façade. The hotel has its own car park.
