Whether you're a regular theatre or gallery goer or you're new to the arts and don't know quite what to expect, there's something for everyone on the third floor of the Norrish Central Library.

The 120 seat Menuhin Theatre plays host to visiting and local theatre companies, children's shows, film, live music, dance, spoken word and comedy. There are a range of weekly classes and workshops on offer for varying age ranges and abilities and a gallery space with a diverse programme of temporary exhibitions throughout the year. The Arts Centre is available for hire at very competitve rates - we have numerous rooms available for functions, rehearsals, classes, workshops, meetings and seminars. The theatre space is also available for hire.

Follow signs for city centre, the Third Floor Arts Centre is inside the Central Library opposite the Guildhall
